A: Most of our furniture is delivered assembled. For larger shipments or exports, some items may be partially disassembled for safe transport and are reassembled by our delivery team or local installers when requested.

How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be placed online through our shop, by emailing vc@aspennterra.com, or by booking a consultation for bespoke works. For custom or project orders, we begin with a consultation to confirm dimensions, finishes and lead times.
Q: Can I request custom sizes, finishes or upholstery?
A: Yes—most designs can be customized. During consultation we’ll provide finish samples, upholstery swatches, a quote, and confirm revised lead times. Custom work is quoted separately and may require a deposit.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments via major payment gateways (UPI, netbanking), bank transfer, and selected wallets. For bespoke orders we typically request a deposit of 40% to confirm production scheduling; balance is due before dispatch.
Q: Are prices inclusive of GST?
A: Product pages and checkout indicate whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST. Final invoice will clearly show GST, shipping and any applicable charges.
